Infixus Trading seeks Business Operations Specialist
Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units (i.e., sales, finance, security, compliance) to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams.
Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties.
Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.
Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.
Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
Interview personnel and conduct on-site observation to ascertain unit functions, work performed, and methods, equipment, and personnel used.
Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures.
Review existing disaster recovery, crisis management, and business continuity plans.
Assess potential financial, operational, and reputational impacts of business interruptions.
Collaborate with IT teams to estimate resources required for recovery efforts.
Develop acceptable recovery plans for critical functions.
Test disaster recovery strategies, write reports and make recommendations.
Bachelor’s Degree in business related major required.
